Disclaimer

BarPrep is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Nigerian Law School, the Council of Legal Education, or any government body. Use of this platform does not constitute legal advice.

1. No affiliation with the Nigerian Law School

BarPrep (barprep.com.ng) is an independent platform created to assist Nigerian Law School students in preparing for the Bar Part II examinations. It has no official relationship with the Nigerian Law School (NLS), the Council of Legal Education (CLE), or any affiliated institution. The platform is not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the NLS or any regulatory body.

References to NLS subjects, syllabuses, and examination formats are made solely for educational context. "Bar Finals," "Bar Part II," and related terms are descriptive references to publicly known examinations and do not imply any institutional affiliation.

2. Accuracy of content

While every effort has been made to verify questions, answers, and explanations against current Nigerian statute law and authoritative legal materials, BarPrep does not warrant that all content is free from error. The law changes; statutes are amended; judicial interpretations evolve. Content on this platform may not reflect the most recent developments in Nigerian law.

Users should independently verify any legal proposition before relying on it, particularly in a professional or examination context. If you identify an error, please report it via the feedback tool in the app or by contacting us directly.

3. AI-generated content

Some questions, explanations, predictions, and feedback on this platform are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is reviewed but not exhaustively verified. It may contain inaccuracies, hallucinated case citations, or legal conclusions that are incomplete or incorrect.

AI-generated explanations are intended as study aids only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be treated as authoritative statements of Nigerian law. Where an AI explanation conflicts with a primary source (a statute, rule, or reported judgment), the primary source controls.

4. No guarantee of exam results

BarPrep does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing the Bar Part II examinations or any other examination. Performance on this platform is not a reliable predictor of examination outcomes. Exam success depends on many factors outside the platform's control, including the content of any particular sitting, personal preparation, and examination conditions.

Prediction Engine outputs, readiness scores, and AI-generated study plans are analytical tools based on historical data and usage patterns. They are not guarantees, and past examiner patterns do not guarantee future examination content.
